Murray Bevan

Murray Bevan is one of New Zealand’s most experienced fashion and lifestyle marketers. As the Founder and Director of New Zealand’s first dedicated fashion showroom and PR agency, he has helped to steer almost 100 different brands through the local market over 18 years.

Adapting to ever-changing consumer patterns and behaviours, Murray has worked behind the scenes to create balanced strategies that craft local exposure as well as echo global trends. Counted as key clients past and present, Murray and Showroom 22 have worked with Gucci, Dior, Aesop, Maggie Marilyn, adidas Originals, Allbirds, Levi’s, R.M. Williams, Barkers’, Camilla and Marc, COS, Kowtow, Karen Walker, Deadly Ponies, Kathryn Wilson, twenty-seven names, Moscot, Topshop, Paris Georgia, Harman Grubiša, Georgia Alice, Bendon, Heidi Klum, Le Specs and David Jones to name just a few.

Isabelle Carson

Isabelle came to Showroom 22 as an intern freshly graduated from university, but with several years of experience in the fashion industry. Having studied her BA(Hons) in Art History and fueled by a life-long love of fashion, she brings a distinct perspective to the agency and the local industry. 

With compelling writing skills, and a passion for storytelling and relationship building, she works at the heart of the agency as the Showroom Manager, as well as working across a diverse range of clients as an Account Manager. 

Possessing an adept eye for detail and extensive knowledge of fashion, Isabelle is able to effortlessly adapt her skills to cater to each client and showroom visitor’s unique needs and aspirations.

Mia Smith

Mia recently graduated with a Commerce degree, majoring in Marketing, and brings a fresh perspective to the team at Showroom 22. Her global upbringing in Dubai fostered a deep appreciation for fashion, allowing her to experience diverse styles and trends from a young age. This international outlook has enhanced her understanding of fashion's evolving landscape.

With a keen interest in the functionality and scope of social media, Mia is passionate about leveraging digital platforms to amplify brand stories. Her innovative approach to public relations and marketing is driven by a desire to create engaging and authentic connections between brands and their audiences.

Outside of work, Mia loves exploring the latest fashion trends and is always on the lookout for new inspirations that she can bring to her personal life and role at Showroom 22. Her dedication to excellence and her enthusiasm for the fashion and beauty industry make her a valuable asset to our team.

Carol Lee

Carol began her career in management consulting and marketing in an agency working with local NZ and international businesses. Carol is mentored by Shanu Walpita, Lecturer of Communications and Innovation at the London College of Fashion, where Carol has refined her skills in trend forecasting and brand positioning. She translates the fashion zeitgeist into compelling narratives, leveraging her deep understanding of the fashion ecosystem. 

Carol seamlessly devises comprehensive PR and business strategies, integrating traditional and digital platforms for maximum brand exposure. Carol shapes brand narratives positioning herself as a valuable asset in aligning the world of fashion communication with the landscape of evolving media models.

Carol has a conjoint LLB and BA degree from the University of Auckland and will also be an admitted lawyer in NZ.

Rebecca Rangihuna

With a Bachelor of Communications in Public Relations and Advertising, Rebecca began her PR journey working with well known lifestyle and beauty brands. Yet, her true passion was always in fashion which led her to join the Showroom 22 team, where she thrives on developing and nurturing relationships within the media landscape and creating engaging content for her clients.

Rebecca's expertise lies in her ability to tell compelling PR stories and build strong, authentic connections. Her commitment to her craft is reflected in her continuous pursuit of industry trends and innovative strategies. With a natural talent for storytelling, Rebecca ensures that each brand's narrative is both captivating and memorable.
