Mina
Embarking on its 3rd year of business, Mina was launched off the back of designer Natalie Procter’s rather life-changing six-week seed-to-garment trip to India. Having spent a lot of time in South Africa growing up, it wasn’t, as such, the ‘poverty’ of India that shocked her, it was the intrigue she realised she had for people, the nosiness she had for the artisan more than she did their craft. Natalie wanted to get to know these people, where they’ve come from and what their story is.
Natalie has created the Mina label to put the spotlight on the maker. Using natural fabrics and local production, the tailored and timeless aesthetic have been designed to sit in the wardrobes of thoughtful women for years to come. Each piece with a story. Elevated essentials sit at the heart of the Mina offering, with each garment having a subtle design edge that sparks joy in the wearer.
